Russfuss is the pattern design name of me, Russ Parker.

What personal information do I collect?
For the purpose of being able to communicate with past, current, and potential future clients, I retain names, email addresses, and telephone numbers of people that contact me.
For sales made through my online store, I may also retain other personal information such as your address.
What do I do with that information?
The information that I collect will never be passed to third parties or sold. It is used purely for communication relating to design work or for making sure that my website works effectively.
How long do I retain the information for?
I retain this information indefinitely.
What are your user rights?
You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that I hold. Email your request to the data protection officer (surprise, it’s me!) at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will respond to this within one month of the request (although usually much faster).
Checking your identity
To protect the confidentiality of your information, I will ask you to verify your identity before proceeding with any request you make under this Privacy Notice. If you have authorised a third party to submit a request on your behalf, we will ask them to prove they have your permission to act.
How I protect your personal data
I know how much data security matters to all of my clients and customers. With this in mind I will treat your data with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it.
I secure access to all transactional areas of my websites using ‘https’ technology.
Access to your personal data is password-protected, and sensitive data (such as payment card information) is secured by SSL encryption.
Who do I share your data with?
If you provide a service or product which I feel may benefit a client of mine, I may pass your contact details to them with your permission. In all other cases, I do not share this data with anyone.
How you can complain to the ICO
If you feel that your data has not been handled correctly, or you are unhappy with our response to any requests you have made to us regarding the use of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

What is the plan for data breaches?
If a data breach occurs, I will immediately contact the Information Commissioner’s Office and all affected users as soon as the breach is detected.
